Our Properly Free Range Turkey Breast Steaks are wholesome, nutritious and packed full of lean protein. They are incredibly versatile and can be used as an alternative to chicken breasts in any recipe. Turkey steaks can carry flavour, they are fabulous marinated in something sweet and spicy and cooked over the flaming coals of a barbecue. Or try something light, herby and lemony and simply pan fry. We rear our Turkeys super slowly, feeding them a wonderful diet of natural foods including; windfall apples, homegrown oats, kales and fodder beet. All our turkey is hung for 12 days to remove excess moisture and further develop its wonderful depth of flavour. It's no wonder we have been voted Best Turkey by Good Housekeeping, Daily Mail and iMagazine - and have won Great Taste Gold awards for our awesome birds. Each turkey steak weighs approximately 150g.
