Tete de Moine should be placed on a <a href="https://www.pongcheese.co.uk/?post_type=product&p=456&preview=true">Girolle cutter</a> for best results. If you can't get your hands on one we advise using a vegetable peeler to shave the cheese to release the aroma and flavours (<em>Girolle shown in images not included</em>).
