Harvested from the UNESCO-listed Colchic Rainforests using traditional Jara Wild Beekeeping techniques, this extraordinary honey begins life as Jara Honey Classic before undergoing a meticulous cold-pressed process that transforms both its texture and flavour experience
The honeycomb is carefully crushed and slowly rotated to create a smooth, churned consistency while preserving the honey’s natural enzymes, trace minerals and delicate floral notes. The result is a luxuriously creamy raw honey that will not crystallise or harden, remaining silky and spreadable to the very last spoonful
Unlike heavily processed supermarket honey, Jara Honey Noble remains 100% pure and naturally raw — with no heat treatment and no unnecessary processing
